- What actually changes in April?
- From April 2027, if you work for yourself or rent out property and make over £30,000 a year, HMRC wants your records kept digitally and an update sent every three months. If you make over £50,000 it already started in April 2026.

- Do I have to use accounting software?
- You have to keep digital records. You do not have to be the one typing them in. That is what we do for you.

- Do you send my updates to HMRC?
- Not yet. Right now we get your records sorted, categorised and checked so they are ready. Sending them is on our roadmap and we will tell you well before April.

- Is it software or a person reading my receipts?
- We use software to read your photos, then a trained person checks every single item before it goes on your record. You get the speed of software and a human you can ask.

- What does it cost?
- £20 a month from April. The £20 deposit reserves your place and comes off your first month. If we do not launch, you get it back in full.

- Is my information safe?
- Yes. Your files are stored privately and encrypted, only our team can see them, and we never share them with anyone else.
